Chinese New Year

To celebrate Chinese new year we are having a change tomorrow, we will meet in the library as usual at 5.30pm and have a workshop on the Year of the Dragon from Julia. We will finish the meeting earlier than usual and are off to China City (on Nelson street) for a fabulous Chinese meal! Please feel free to come along either just to the meeting or to the meal as well, all welcome. Cars are available if you need a lift.
Talking of lifts, the library's has been out of order for a while, if so you will find us downstairs for the meeting, just ask at the front desk.

Next Life - Mon 9th January 2012

The first Weaving Words session for 2012 is on Monday Evening 9th January from 5.30 to 7.15pm upstairs in the Wheatsheaf Library. The theme for this session is "Next Life" and you are welcome to bring along some writing based on that theme to read at the session.

Everyone is welcome to come along and join in with the discussions and exercises of the session and read or listen to others. It will be nice to get together after Christmas and the New Year.

The following session two weeks later will include a workshop on the Chinese New Year, by Julia, and the theme for the night will be "Ajar" - further details to follow.
