Monologues

Hi Everyone,
Just a reminder about tomorrow's meeting which will feature a workshop on fictional monologues, or 'noseying into your character's thoughts', by me, so I'd better get on with it! Hope you can come along for some writing and hopefully feel a little inspired.
There is a storytelling workshop at the library on Wed. 29th called 'Dickens Re-told' with a workshop from 1.30 to 2.30pm, and a reading of Great Expectations from 3.30 till 4.30pm, should be good.
Please support local poet Charlotte Henson in her new Open Mic venture at the Met in Bury on the 4th March, details in the link 'Once more with meaning' on our blog list, promises to be a good night, good luck Charlotte.
See you all tomorrow at 5.30pm.

Blog list

We had a great time at Chinese New Year, Julia's workshop was great fun and very informative, and the meal out was lovely. It was such a departure from our normal meetings, well done Julia for your ideas. Seamus has started a new blog featuring his poetry and some of his photographs, called 'Thinking too Much', please check it out on the blog list and follow it if you want as he is adding fantastic thought povoking poems regularly. He is also blogging about cycling,  his other great love, (apart from me!) 'It is So About the Bike'which you can follow from here too.
I also list other interesting blogs from writers in and around Rochdale so please have a look and see what you think. If you have your own blog or would like to recommend one please let me know.
Our next meeting is on the 13th Feb at the library as usual, all welcome.
